Jordan

During my stay in Israel, I decided to visit the capital of Jordan, Amman. I had one day left in Israel before I was departing, so I decided to take a day trip. A travel agency drove me to the border crossing, and they arranged for a Jordanian driver to pick me up there.

4 hour drive each way is a loong day trip, and if you consider visiting Amman from Israel, I highly recommend you to spend a night.

Amman has a lot to offer. Great hummus, extremely friendly people, ancient roman ruins, like the Amphitheatre and The Citadel.
